Order Processing and Shipping Information
All orders are processed once or twice per week, usually on Mondays and Fridays.

  • Orders are processed within 7 business days, unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping time starts after processing.

    • Europe: max 7 days

    • Southern America: max 2/3 weeks

    • North America: 1–2 weeks

    • Africa: max 2/3 weeks

When will my package be shipped?
You’ll receive a track & trace code via DM or email as soon as your package has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by country.

Returns & Refunds

is your general return policy?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is faulty due to an error on our part.

When am I eligible for a return or refund?
A return or refund will only be granted if:

  • The incorrect item was shipped; or
  • The product was defective or damaged upon delivery.

Return & Cancellation 

At The Deluxe Hairshop, all orders are processed with care and made especially for you. Because of this, products are often ordered from our supplier or taken from inventory shortly after your payment is received.

To keep things transparent and fair, the following policy applies:

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 1 day (24 hours), only if the hair has not yet been ordered, shipped, or is already available in our inventory.

  • If the hair has already been ordered, is on its way, or is already available in our inventory, the order cannot be canceled.

  • Once we’ve made purchases or commitments with our supplier, or have the product ready in our inventory, we’re unable to reverse those costs. Thank you for understanding.

Refunds

  • If your cancellation is approved within the allowed timeframe, a partial refund will be issued based on the status of your order.

  • Once the money has been credited to my account, Shopify’s transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Please note: Transaction fees charged by our payment provider (e.g. Shopify, Klarna, etc.) are non-refundable, as they are not returned to us.

How do I report an issue?
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims must include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours are not eligible.

What condition must returned items be in?
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, in their original packaging, and free from alterations such as cutting or coloring. Items not meeting these conditions will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or process a refund within 7 business days.

Customs & Import Fees
Some international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.

Important Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, check with your neighbors or local post office first. If it still cannot be found, contact us and we will do our best to help.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Shipping delays can happen due to peak seasons, customs, weather, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience.
